Charm City Fiddle Favorites, Vol. 1 (2016)

After a couple of late nights recording sessions, I have amassed 77 minutes of solo fiddle (that's right, solo) to aid in the learning of common Bluegrass, Irish and Oldtime session tunes of my hometown, Baltimore, MD. There are 16 of my favorite tunes featured. Each tune is recorded twice - first at a jam tempo, and again very slowly.
This CD is intended for jammers looking to expand their repertoire, and/or music lovers who simply enjoy listening to fiddle music!
Charm City Fiddle Favorites, Vol, 1 will be available at my live performances (after May 4th), my website and eventually on iTunes.
Recorded and Produced by Patrick McAvinue in Baltimore, MD

I'd like to thank my best friend, Russell Carson of Carson Photoworks for the wonderful photography and album layout. I'd also like to thank Mark "T" Tobolsky and Will Shenk of National Media Services for the Mastering, Duplication, and the AMAZING EASE of working with them.

Rutland's Reel (2008)

Released on Patuxent Music (2008), Rutland's Reel features a mix of classic fiddle music and hard driving traditional bluegrass. A number of tracks feature myself and Michael Cleveland on twin fiddles (Rutland’s Reel, Down Yonder, Henry Rutland’s Country Classic Waltz) and one with Nate Leath (With Body And Soul), another stellar young fiddler.

Audie Blaylock plays guitar and sings, with Jesse Brock and Michael Cleveland on mandolin, and Barry Reed on bass. Pete Kelly plays banjo throughout, excepting two banjo/fiddle duets with Chris Warner.

CD Price is $13.00+$2.00 for shipping

The fiddle playing is brilliant, and in a surprise for a 20 year old musician, the arrangements and note choices call to mind the seminal Kenny Baker albums of the 1970s.
— John Lawless, Bluegrass Today
Patrick is joined on the Howdy Forrester opus by force of nature and fellow fiddler Michael Cleveland for a three minute, thirty-nine second roller-coaster ride of pure uncut fiddle nirvana.
— Joseph Scott, Country Music Pride

Grave Run (2006)

Released on Patuxent Music (2006), Grave Run is is my debut recording. It features the talents of many of my close friends.

CD Price is $13.00+$2.00 for shipping

Excellent formula for a debut recording
...there are 4 or 5 originals to round out a very successful album that has variety, good taste, and plenty of talent.
